Located in Hunan, Luofu Project is an unmodified private villa tailored for a six‑member family. The design objective is to reorganizes the interior layout and deliver a basic white-model for the interior hard finish scheme. After a series of studies of the building’s location, orientation and composition, we came up with a strategic layout plan for all four floors; the first floor is positioned as a transitional drop-off and temporary reception space. owner’s children are art creators with demands for imaging and painting, so the workspace is arranged on the northeast side to avoid direct sunlight and obtain controllable soft light. The second floor accommodates a dining room, main hall room and a tea room with direct access to the south garden. The third floor contains elder and master bedrooms, while the fourth floor arranges study, meeting room and children’s rooms. Following a vertical public-to-private spatial logic, the layout optimizes daylight, ventilation and circulation.

For the hard finish scheme, we have integrated subtle Southeast Asian style, adopting soft tone matching, natural wood originated in southeast Asian such as Burma teak to create a calm, warm and leisurely residential atmosphere.

罗府项目坐落于湖南，为六口之家的清水别墅改造项目，重点梳理室内布局，并提供基础的白模硬装方案。一层依托场地条件，定位为落客、临时会客的过渡空间。同时东北向设有工作室，为家庭成员艺术创作的专属空间。二层规划为餐区、主厅与茶室，直通南侧户外花园；三层布置老人房与主人房，四层为书房、会议室与儿童房。整体竖向格局遵循由公共到私密的递进逻辑，每层的横向布局则结合各空间的功能需求，日照、通风与动线进行细化梳理。

设计融入简约南洋美学，以温润素雅的色调、自然原生的木材与轻盈克制的线条进行修饰，摒弃繁复装饰，营造松弛静谧、温润通透的居住氛围。
