Located in Chengdu, Jiayu Private Residence is a partial design optimization project. Designed for a six-person family, the villa is equipped with a 90-square-meter garden. We optimized the indoor open spaces and outdoor landscape. For landscape, the need is to maximize hard paving, for this, we set the multi-level green scape on the periphery, with granite paving in the central area. Gravel and landscape stones near the building’s main scenery window, forming a dry landscape, creating a soft visual transition to the landscape wall in beyond.

For interior, the second floor is partially demolished to form a double-height space with first floor, enhancing vertical visual interaction.

A partial sunken floor has been introduced to the underground multimedia zone, strengthens spatial layering and a cozy enclosed atmosphere.

本项目为坐落于成都的嘉裕私宅，是MY-X工作室早期参与的局部概念优化项目，为六口之家打造的别墅空间，配套约90平米花园。

项目重点优化室内开放空间与户外景观：景观区域最大化利用硬质铺装，于场地边缘布置多层次绿植，中心铺设花岗岩地面；建筑观景窗前以砾石与山水石打造枯山水景致，实现柔和的视觉过渡。

室内依据居住需求，打通二层局部地面，与一层形成竖向挑高关系，强化上下层空间视觉互动。

地下空间采用局部下沉处理，为观影区塑造出丰富层次感与沉浸式包裹氛围。
