Located in Chengdu, HX Residence is designed for a young couple with three cats and one dog. The Design follows a strict set of black-white and gray scheme, carried out by mostly the natural texture from the selected materials. Since the owners mostly cook cold meals, an open kitchen is preferred, we have the chance of removing the “unnecessary” partition walls, making the study room, dining area, kitchen, living room and leisure balcony into a single inter-connected open space. We kept the original concrete beams and columns with varnished finish, serving as soft partitions. Further enhancing the overall restrained and industrial tone of the space.

To satisfy massive storage demand and projection preference over TV, the TV wall is transformed into sliding door cabinets, which provide storage and double as projection screen.

本项目为成都 HX 私宅，适配饲养三只猫一只犬的年轻二人居。整体以黑白灰为主色调，依托材质原生肌理打造纯粹质感氛围。业主日常以冷餐为主，因此采用开放式厨房。拆除冗余隔墙，书房、餐区、厨厅、客厅与休闲阳台完全贯通；保留原始梁柱并打磨上清漆，借混凝土原生肌理作为软性隔断，柔和划分开放空间功能区。

针对大量收纳需求与优先使用投影的偏好，电视背景墙打造移门组合柜体，分层收纳，闭合后可完整充当投影幕面。
