Located in Hunan, Chenyuan Villa adopts a modern Chinese style with minimalist and composed temperament, covering architectural and landscape design. Following traditional symmetrical layout and north-south orientation, the central space is defined as a main hall with skylights. The west wing arranges reception, dining and tea areas, while the east wing accommodates study and meeting rooms. The second floor contains four bedrooms, symmetrically distributed on east and west sides.

Factory engineered materials such as zinc roofing, pearl white granite claddings and anodized sunshade tubes interpret traditional Chinese aesthetics in a modern way.

The landscape is derived from the architectural grids, at a 45° oblique layout. Waterscape and greenery follow this new axis, creating meandering, rhythmic moments that echo with the architecture.

辰园项目坐落于湖南，涵盖建筑与景观整体设计，定位简约沉稳的现代中式风格。设计承袭传统中式对称规制，采用坐北朝南的方正格局，建筑中心设置堂屋并引入天窗采光；西侧规划会客、餐区与茶室，东侧布局书房及会议室，二层东西对称排布四间卧室，功能分区规整有序。

项目以当代材质转译东方古韵，运用锌板屋顶、珍珠白花岗岩墙面、阳极氧化遮阳百叶等现代材料，凝练中式色彩与意境。

景观依托建筑基底延伸设计，在主轴基础上衍生45°斜向铺装体系，水景与绿植顺势排布，空间开合迂回、步移景异，让景观与建筑形成完整且富有层次的对话关系。
